HR Manager (Sr)

To fulfill the Cibitung based position of Senior Manager- HR, PTEI is looking for a talented and highly motivated individual. Reporting to the President Director, position requires providing a leadership role to HR/Admin of the PTEI. The Sr. Manager - HR is expected to be a proactive individual, possess high level of integrity, professionalism, positive attitude, confidence, a strategic thinker who understands how to develop human capital, instill strong moral values, and have problem solving approach.

Major Responsibilities:
- Continuously align existing HR systems to organizational directions and vision;
- Develop HR policies and procedures, keep them updated at all times, and ensure their smooth and organized implementation across the Organization;
- Manage overall HR operations that include: HR planning, recruitment and selection, maintaining HR records, contract management, and training and development, performance management compensation & benefits, grievance handling/conflict resolution and discipline;
- Prepare, implement and report on periodic work plans in line with the objectives of this position;
- Ensure administration functions are performed effectively in compliance to related guidelines, by working closely with the Administration staff;

Qualification:
- At a minimum, a Bachelor Degree in Management / Business Administration (Master Degree holding is priority) with CPHR certified, preferably from Multinational recognized institution with 12 years successful related experience including at least 3 years as a head of HR;

- Experience in HR for Manufacturing and mining company batter;
- Successful experience in operational and strategic aspects of HR, comprehensive knowledge of talent management concepts, HR best practices, related legal framework, as well as administration functions;
- Strong leadership, planning, organizing, team building, interpersonal, prioritization, conflict resolution, communication and computer skills;
- Resilience to cope with pressures of tight deadlines and demanding schedules;
- Ability to motivate the team, build capacity of staff and effectively manage the unit and its workload;
- Familiarity with SAP HR/Payroll, shall be an advantage.

Senior Systems/Exchange Administrator

Job Description:
The Senior Systems/Exchange Administrator, will report to and work closely with the IT Technology Solution Manager. Primary responsibilities will consist of design, implementation and maintenance and disaster recovery planning for a global Microsoft Exchange 2007 environment. In addition, the candidate will help manage the full technical environment including systems administration responsibilities across a wide array of technical services.

Essential Job Functions:
 • Administer and support Active Directory, DNS & Microsoft Exchange replication.
• Responsible for planning, testing, tuning, configuration and setup of Microsoft Exchange architecture as well as supporting common email applications (Outlook, Entourage, PDA based email).
• Manage the appropriate setup of applications hosted via Microsoft Exchange or reliant upon Microsoft Exchange. This includes, but is not limited to Blackberry services.
• Maintain appropriate documentation on the Microsoft exchange environment.
• Perform general system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory environment.
• Monitor Windows 2000/2003 (and beyond) servers and troubleshoot problems.
• Produce appropriate documentation for application deployment, configuration, and related processes.
• Install and configure and maintain server operating systems and repair server hardware
• Help Manage network system backups and provide a comprehensive disaster recovery plan for E-mail services that take advantage of our global presence.
• Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
• Position is expansive and additional responsibilities can be added.
Experience required:
• Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience and intimate proficiency with Microsoft Exchange 2003 (or beyond) administration and troubleshooting in a large-scale multi-site environment.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience and expert knowledge of Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.
• Must have experience supporting mobile email devices such as Blackberry (and other, similar technologies)
• Must have 2 years working experience supporting, maintaining and administering core Microsoft technologies including Windows Server 2003.
• Sound working knowledge of Internet/Intranet technologies including security features.
• Sound working knowledge of network infrastructure and operations, including switching, routing, Ethernet, TCP/IP.
• Working experience supporting, maintaining and administering Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005.
• Must have Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Must have very strong problem solving skills.
• Must have a minimum of 4 yrs of business experience and/or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or an equivalent combination in education and work experience
